Reboot today. 1st June 2022. Going to be refocusing on structure & utilizing resources: Bullet Journal, Getting Things Done, Cognitive Therapy for Adult ADHD & The Adult ADHD Tool Kit, & No Bad Parts & Self Therapy from Internal Family Systems.
